On May 28, 2024, a major event dedicated to investment opportunities in Cyprus was held in Limassol. The event included a conference, exhibition, themed board meetings, workshops, presentations, masterclasses, an official reception, informal gatherings, and pre-arranged one-on-one business meetings.

Our project, Aurora Hills Residences, was showcased during the session on new real estate developments. Elena Georgiou presented the residential complex, highlighting its advantages and unique features. She emphasized the convenient location of the homes, with proximity to a primary school, a private English school, a university, a supermarket, the city center, and the port. She also outlined the overall features of the complex, such as the large enclosed green area, covered children's playground, and gym, as well as specific features of each apartment, including spacious covered verandas, guest toilets, photovoltaic panels, laundry rooms, and storage spaces. Additionally, all project participants who will be directly involved in its implementation were introduced during the presentation.

The project attracted the interest of real estate professionals and investors considering the purchase of one or more apartments to obtain immigration status.
