Nasos Josephides, an MEng Civil & Structural Engineer, has gained valuable experience through his education in London at CITY University. He is an active member of respected engineering institutions such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) in the UK and the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK).
With over 15 years of experience, Nasos has led numerous projects across Cyprus, Europe, and the Middle East in roles including Structural Engineer and Project Director. Notably, he played a key role in overseeing the construction of the new Larnaca International Airport, demonstrating strong leadership and successfully managing specific aspects of the project.
Throughout his career, Nasos has worked on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and sports facilities, gaining expertise in complex concrete and mixed-design structures.
Since 2011, Nasos has been a co-founder, co-owner, and Technical Director of CIRCLE Projects Construction company, based in Nicosia. Under his guidance, the company has thrived, delivering innovative solutions and maintaining a reputation for excellence in the construction industry.

Chryso Christofidou serves as the Managing Director and Head of the Legal Department at Centota Holdings. As a proactive member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (ETEK) and the Civil Engineer’s Council, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape in Cyprus. Mirella has led a wide array of significant projects, including in the residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and medical sectors. She is the founder and Managing Director of MGM Architects and Civil Engineers LLC.
In her role with Centota Holdings, Mirella oversees every phase of project design and execution, ensuring compliance from the preliminary permit stages through to the final construction. She is instrumental in preparing and filing all necessary documentation for Town Planning Centre and Building Permits, closely aligning with regulatory requirements to streamline approvals.
