Mirella G. Miliotou is a distinguished Architect and Civil Engineer, holding advanced degrees from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and Frederick University of Cyprus. As a proactive member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (ETEK) and the Civil Engineer’s Council, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape in Cyprus. Mirella has led a wide array of significant projects, including in the residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and medical sectors. She is the founder and Managing Director of MGM Architects and Civil Engineers LLC.
In her role with Centota Holdings, Mirella oversees every phase of project design and execution, ensuring compliance from the preliminary permit stages through to the final construction. She is instrumental in preparing and filing all necessary documentation for Town Planning Centre and Building Permits, closely aligning with regulatory requirements to streamline approvals.
Mirella’s leadership fosters effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, she manages the tendering process, selecting competent contractors and overseeingproject integrity throughout all stages of development.
